Regional Development Minister Valentin Tserovski and VFU Chernorizets Hrabar Rector Prof. Dr Anna Nedyalkova launched the Management of European Projects Master Degree Programme. The start of this master’s degree programme is the first step in the implementation of the projects included in the Memorandum signed between the two institutions on 15 September 2003. After the opening of the programme, Regional Development Minister Valentin Tserovski read a lecture on “Bulgaria’s Regional Policy in the Process of Its Integration into the European Union.
