On 15 May 2004 Minister Cerovski will participate in a workshop for district governors on the topic of EU Funded Regional Projects. Minister Cerovski will deliver a lecture on the topic of Regional Dimensions in the EU Funds Absorption in the context of the Negotiation Process under Chapter 21 Regional Policy. The organizers of the workshop, which will take place at the residence Evksinograd, are the Regional Development and Public Works Minister Valentin Cerovski and the State Administration Minister Dimitar Kalchev and Varna Free University Chernorizets Hrabar.
