MRDPW Marks Headway on the ISPA Projects

The Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Dimcho Mihalevsky took part in the formal opening of the 10th Session of the ISPA Program Monitoring Committee. The executive agencies will report to the Committee on the progress of the implementation of the projects for the period June – October 2005. As a sectoral authorizing officer on ISPA he will expose to the participants the development of the projects managed by MRDPW. In the framework of the assessed period has started the implementation of some of the most important projects in the fields of Environment and Transport. Deputy Minister Mihalevsky will report on the significant headway of the project “Design and Construction of Wastewater Treatment Plants in Maritsa River Basin – Stara Zagora and Dimitrovgrad”. The construction of the two WWTP has started in this term. The work of the Committee will continue tomorrow when the participants will be informed on the finalization of the “Transit Roads 3” Project and for the starting of the procedures for selection of a constructor and a consultant on the project for the building of Ljulin motorway.
