The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Valentin Tserovski took part in the monthly meeting of the members of the Bulgarian International Business Association /BIBA/ on May 12, 2004 at the Hilton Hotel in Sofia. Minister Tserovski delivered a report titled “Highlights of the position of the Republic of Bulgaria on Negotiation Chapter 21 “Regional policy and coordination of the structural instruments”, priorities in the development of the technical infrastructure”. He also answered the questions asked by the representatives of BIBA. More than 40 representatives of the Bulgarian International Business Association took part in the discussions.
