Minister Gagauzov will sign a contract for stabilization of the landslide in the Sveti Nikola area

Contracts for construction and supervision on the project for stabilization of the landslide in the Sveti Nikola area will be signed tomorrow by the minister of regional development and public works Asen Gagauzov. The landslide stabilization is under project “Bulgaria – Protection of the Riverbanks and Coastline from Erosion and Water Abrasion and Related Landslide Processes”. Under “Bulgaria” project up to the present moment has been stabilized the landslide Kabakum at the Black sea coast. The process of stabilization of the landslides in the Sunny day resort and Panorama area is in executive phase. “Bulgaria” project is financed with EUR 25 million from the European Investment bank, EUR 15 million from Council of Europe Development bank and EUR 14 million from the state budget.
