The Regional Development and Public Works Minister Valentin Cerovski, the Deputy Minister Valeri Nikolov, the Director of Water and Sewerage Directorate at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works /MRDPW/ Plamen Nikiforov and MRDPW experts will participate in a seminar for financing the water and sewerage sector.
The forum is organized by the missions of the World Bank and the USAID in Bulgaria and will take place on 31 May and 1 June 2004 at Moskva Park Hotel in Sofia.
At the opening of the seminar Minister Valentin Cerovski will present a report on the topic of Governmental Priorities in Water and Sewerage Services Supply.
At the forum lectures will be delivered by representatives of the Ministries of Finance, Environment and Waters; the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Commission, the private sector, etc.
