- Monitors compliance with the requirements of the Classified Information Protection Act and international treaties in connection with the protection of classified information;

plans, organises and controls the activities related to the protection of classified information;

- Keeps a register of the persons, who have received permission for access to classified information, monitors the terms of validity of the permits and for change in the levels of classification;

- Monitors the correct determination of the level of classification of information;

- Organises and conducts the training of the employees in the field of the protection of the classified information.
