Deputy Minister Kalin Rogachev Opened “Imoti Expo – Fall 2005”

The third exhibition “Imoti Expo – Fall 2005” was opened today by the deputy minister of regional development and public works Kalin Rogachev. The real estate market is one of the fastest developing market areas in Bulgaria, and the lodgings share is a leading sector nowadays, therefore MRDPW has undertaken initiatives for new legislation, aiming the facilitation of the investment process, underlined in his opening speech deputy minister Rogachev. The suggested new details in the legislation as housing loan banks, covering of the country territory with a cadastral map and the development of a new real estate register will help the consumers and investors of the construction business, pointed out deputy minister Rogachev. At the autumn issue of the exhibition “Imoti Expo – Fall 2005” this year will be presented over 300 projects with total amount of over 1 mlrd leva.
