By Order No. RD-02-14-513 of September 25 2003 Regional Development and Public Works Minister Valentin Tserovski approved the new regulation and development plan for the Zlatni Piasatci resort. This is the fist plan of a national resort which, in observance of the latest amendments to the Spatial Development Act, the Regional Development Minister approved after coordination with the respective municipal council (in this case, of Varna). The plan was drawn up by a team of the National Territorial Development Centre headed by architect Peter Dikov. This is the first regulation and development plan accessible to all citizens as it is displayed on the website of the Ministry of Territorial Development and Public Works. http://www.mrrb.government.bg/docs/doc_160.htm In this way, anyone wishing to buy property, to invest, or just to be informed can immediately and in real time find the size, purpose and way of development of any piece of land property without having to visit municipal and state services. This eliminates the need of constant changes and the risk of being swindled. Investors who have found and contracted a good designer and consultant can submit the respective blueprints at the municipality and receive construction licences, provided they have observed the definitions of the new plan and the requirements of the construction projects.
