Let`s begin from Sofia. You like the underground. You praise it. It`s good. But you cannot live in the underground, isn`t it?

You like the Centre, various cozy shops, new small gardens, and new spaces. But you can`t live there, too. You look at them and think “Oh, how nice can be surroundings around us”… And then you go home, look at the block and think “Oh, how bad is our block, it isn`t true”…

Actually, you can do a lot for your surroundings. And the beginning can be the block.

Operational Programme “Regional Development” 2007 – 2013 and “Energy efficiency of the Bulgarian homes” Project helped on 158 blocks of flats to change their appearance and to look like they are built now. There are over 2200 homes at those blocks. And now stay sharp – the support continues today through Operational Programme “Regions in Growth” 2014 – 2020.

The experience shows that an apartment at such block immediately becomes more expensive and bills for electricity and heating decrease. The surroundings are going better and people from the neighborhood are walking to your block and they are pointing it like a prominence. And they begin to do all that they can so they can tighten their block, like your.

Everyone wants to live in a better place. Now you can do it together with your neighbors and with the support of the Operational Programme “Regions in growth” 2014 – 2020.
